In addition, we support customized pressure sensor pads made of different materials. In general, for normal use, we recommend PET (polyethylene terephthalate) as the base material, which is cost-effective, sensitive, and resistant to aging.
However, for customers with longer product lifecycles and in areas with lower temperatures, we recommend our FPC solution, which is slightly more expensive than PET, but with better service life and stability of the sensor pads.
We have fixed quantities of both substrates and can quickly produce customized samples for you to choose from. The lead time for large quantities depends on the quantity.

Regarding the calibration of pressure sensor pads, we at SOUSHINE can adapt them to the customer’s target market. We support customized starting pressure values and customized pressure ranges.
We can customize the starting pressure range from 20g for ultra-sensitive sensors to the regular 5kg starting pressure and the specific 10kg starting pressure.
For custom pressure ranges, we support ultra-sensitive ranges from 10g to 5kg, conventional sensing ranges from 5kg to 50kg, and large customized sensing ranges from a specific 20kg to 100kg.
